Initial 15-minute Phone Consultation: Free

Individual 55-minute Session: $150

Insurance Reimbursement:

I am able to provide a superbill to you, detailing receipt of provided services, for the purpose of insurance reimbursement.  This may be an option if your insurance carrier allows you to choose an out-of-network provider for services and your services may be in part or fully covered.  The superbill would be provided by you to your insurance carrier.  Please contact me with any questions on this process.
